General Chamber Meeting On June 22nd
Our Chamber held its first in person general meeting in 16 months Tuesday, June 22. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came and made this a very special event. It was great to see old friends, and meet new ones.
Thank you Councilman Jim O’Connor for coming in and giving us updates, and for being devoted, involved, and truly hands-on!
Among our new businesses, we are looking forward to working with the new Studio Theatre at Bayway Arts Center on Main Street. Rick and his people have made an investment in our community, and it was exciting to hear what they have in store for us.
Meghan from Cintas was there, explaining how this big company has hometown values, and they will be joining our Chamber.
It was reassuring to see how our Chamber’s efforts were working. That’s why we ask all of our local businesses to come on board and get involved.
Our next meeting will be Tuesday, July 27, 7pm at the American Legion Hall, Main Street, East Islip (next to Mulberrys Pizza)
We’re back!
